PRESENTATIONS OF PARTNERS
Students from partner countries presented their schools, eating habits at school in short videos.
LOGO CONTEST
All logos were presented in official and unofficial forms and students and teachers voted for the project logo. The logo from the Basque school won and it will be the official one, but in a graphic and electronic form. It was agreed by all partners that each country can also use their own logo or other, if they wish, but TOGETHER with the official logo.
NEXT MEETINGS
The next meetings were agreed upon for this school year with exact dates: it was agreed that Sunday would be the arrival day and Friday the departing day. Official start day: Monday.
The next meetings were agreed on as follows (arrivals & departures):
2nd: Aiani – Greece = 10th – 15 February 2018
3rd: Sopuerta – Basque country, Spain = 8th – 12th April 2019
Next year’s meetings were agreed on by month and will be finalized in Spain:
4th : Kosice – Slovakia (November)
5th : Larnaca – Cyprus (February)
6th: Velestino – Greece (April)
FORMATS & TEMPLATES
The Greek NA insisted on having an official common format for all documents shared and sent (Invitations, programs, certificates of Attendance –individual & Group, Minutes) with the project logo, so as soon as we have it, all documents will be according to one template.
QUESTIONNAIRES
A first Project questionnaire on Present eating habits of students will be created and distributed to all partner schools, to be filled in (the number of the target group can be varied according to the potential of each partner). It is wishful if the questionnaire involves families too, for broader diffusion.
Additional questionnaires can be used by any partner in their schools.
All possible questionnaires will be presented in Aiani.
PROJECT WEBSITE
Aiani has created an informal website of the project and is going to create the official one. All presentations and meetings will be uploaded on it, together with the diffusion articles.
COMMUNICATION
MAILS: All partners’ emails have to be updated and sent to all (and to Co-ordinator). Partners’ coordinators need to inform the teachers who take part in each meeting – if not present themselves - about the project, the previous meeting issues agreed on, and the steps for the next meeting. E-mails of them (teachers participating in next meetings and vice-coordinators) have to be sent to Maria as soon as known.
FACEBOOK: A closed wall has been created, for both students and teachers, so teachers are kindly asked to participate if possible, and invite those students of the project who are in Fb in the Project wall. The aim is to have all our students in this wall and share data at real time. It helps with photos, too.
MATERIAL – DATA - ACTIVITIES
Each partner is free to create and implement any activity they may find useful for the project, regardless of the core activities and, of course, share this valuable information with the rest.
The objective is to use Nutrition in our curricula, so in-school subjects can incorporate this aspect.
CHOCOLATE: chocolate is a part of the project, so any activities towards this aim are most welcome and needs to shared.
All material dealing with the project (spoken and online, presentations and videos in meetings, articles in local press - especially this published material, scanned, as it is a matter of dissemination, activities in paper done in partners’ countries, photos of the meetings, etc.) will be sent to Apostolis and Maria, as data for the final outcome/course (and the website).
